- Site-wide template changes (especially menu changes)
- DNS and hosting changes
- New outbound links
- Ad purchases and run-times
- Last time all outbound links were checked to see what was on the other end
- Last time site was checked for "poison" words
- Change in titles, especially the home page
- Server updates (especially reboots or outages)
- New inbound links (one way or not)
- Backup of files you have changed
- Log of expense for each website
- Config files (Apache, MySQL, php, etc.)
- Firewall ruleset
- All changes to all pages are logged one page per day
